Appeal of Yokohama Choral Society

  • Led by the promising and talented conductor Kota Yanagishima, you can sing the major works of J.S. Bach with a choir of around 80 people and orchestral accompaniment.
  • You can also enjoy the intricate harmonies of a cappella performances.
  • You can experience musical exchange and joint performances with German choirs.
    In September 2024, a joint concert with “amici musicae Leipzig” is planned in Leipzig, the land of Bach.
  • You can get personalized vocal coaching from professional vocalists, assigned to each choir part.
  • You can experience the weekly practice sessions at acoustically favorable public halls.

5,500 yen (Under 30 years old: 2,000 yen, 18 years old or younger: 1,000 yen)
